Develop your overall performance and make serious strength gains, as our coaches guide you through a weights-based class, targeting the whole body, designed to progressively overload over time. Wherever you are in your strength journey, this class will help you to perfect techniques, lift safely and build good form.

Recovery is half the battle in getting fitter and stronger, so join us for some active recovery and help stave away overtraining and burnout. Flow through a light steady state cardio session, designed to keep you in the mid heart-rate range and flush out the muscles, before moving into a dynamic mobility section.
